By using Bite, you agree to these terms.

Art. 1

The Service

Bite is a mobile application published by Pixelkodekrafter OÜ (Estonia, reg. no. 16990789) that helps groups decide what to eat through a swipe-and-vote system. Available to users aged 16 and over. Recipes are provided for reference only — Bite is not a food delivery service.

Art. 2

Your Account

Sign in is via Google or Apple. You are responsible for the security of your device. You may delete your account at any time from within the app — your data is erased within 7 days.

Art. 3

Tokens

Certain powers (49.3, Censure, Veto) require tokens purchasable via the App Store or Google Play. Tokens have no monetary value, are non-refundable, and are forfeited upon account deletion.

Art. 4

Rules

Personal use only. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to extract its source code, or disrupt the service. Any misuse may result in account suspension or deletion.

Motion

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified to you within the app.
